This is the file your printer receives: print double-sided, stack the sheets in order, then fold in half. The page order looks shuffled on purpose — that's what makes the booklet read correctly after folding.
The booklet prints on both sides of each sheet, and printers disagree about which edge they flip the paper on — getting it wrong prints every other page upside down. One test sheet settles it, and your answer is remembered on this device for every StaticFast print tool.

Private by design
A school program is full of children's names, and a sponsor's artwork was sent to you in confidence. That is not data that belongs on a stranger's server.
This tool builds the PDF entirely in your browser. Nothing you type and no image you add is ever transmitted; there is no account, no cloud copy, and nothing for anyone to delete later. When you close the tab, it's gone — the only copies that exist are the PDFs you downloaded.
The trade-off is honest: because nothing is stored, the next production starts from a fresh form. Keep the tab open until you have both downloads, and keep the standing details (crew credits, sponsor tiers, the thank-you list) in a note to paste in next time.

Is our program uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool runs entirely in your browser — cast names, bios, sponsor artwork and every other detail stay on your device and never touch our servers. You can verify in your browser's network tab that no request fires while you type or when the PDF is built.
What size and how many pages can it be?
A saddle-stitched booklet of half-letter (5.5 × 8.5 in) or A5 pages, printed two-up on landscape Letter or A4 sheets and folded in half. The page count grows automatically — 4, 8, 12, 16 and so on, up to 32 — and you can set a minimum. Spare pages become autograph pages or stay blank.
How do I print it?
Download the print booklet and print double-sided at actual size (100% scale, not "fit to page"). Stack the sheets in order, fold once down the middle, staple on the fold. Run the one-sheet calibration test first — printers disagree about which edge they flip on.
What is the digital playbill? How does the QR code work?
The digital version is the same playbill as single pages in reading order — the file you host online for phones. Host it on StaticFast and you get one permanent link and QR code for the poster, tickets and lobby sign; paste that link into the QR field so the printed program carries the same code. Next production, replace the PDF and the code stays the same.
Can I add sponsor ads?
Yes. List sponsors by tier, and add up to 12 ad images as full-, half- or quarter-page ads. Quarter-page ads sit side by side; full-page ads get a page of their own. Artwork is placed as-is, never cropped.
