Changed your Wi-Fi password? This printed code can't follow.
A Wi-Fi QR code carries the password itself, so a new password means a new print. For everything else guests need, add a second QR code that opens a hosted guest page on StaticFast: house rules, the menu, check-out times, the current Wi-Fi details. Update the page any time and the printed code keeps working.

A wall sign is read once, on the way in. A table tent is read by the person who has just sat down with a phone in hand and a few minutes to kill before the order arrives, which is exactly when they want the Wi-Fi. It also means nobody has to get up, catch a server's eye or squint at the counter from across the room.
The Table tent template prints two panels on one portrait sheet, mirrored across a dashed fold line. The top panel is upside down on paper and upright once folded, so both faces show the same design: a coloured band with your title, the QR code, and the network name and password in plain type for guests whose phones cannot scan. Letter or A4 only; the tent needs the full sheet.
Print at 100% scale (not "fit to page") on card stock if you have it. Run a ruler and the back of a knife along the dashed line to score it, fold so the printed faces are outside, and stand it up. If the tent splays open, a small piece of tape inside the bottom edge keeps the two feet together. When one gets coffee on it, print another; the PDF is yours to reuse.
Keep the white border around the code when you trim or laminate. That quiet zone is part of what a phone camera looks for, and the maker already sizes it correctly for you.
Everything on this page, from the QR code to the finished PDF, is generated in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored, so your venue's Wi-Fi password is not sitting on a stranger's server. The trade-off is that the sign only exists in this tab: download the PDF before you close it.
The Wi-Fi code changes only when the password does, which for most venues is never. Specials and prices change weekly. Host the menu as a PDF on StaticFast and print its permanent QR code on a second tent or on the back of the bill holder. Replace the file whenever the kitchen changes; the printed codes keep pointing at the right place.
For a wall version of the same sign, or wallet cards to hand out, see the Wi-Fi QR code for restaurants page or open the full sign maker with all five templates.
Print the sheet at 100% scale, fold it in half along the dashed line so the two printed faces are on the outside, and stand it up. One face is printed upside down on the sheet on purpose; after the fold both read the right way up.
160 to 250 gsm card stock stands up on its own and survives a week of being knocked over. Score the fold line with a ruler and the back of a knife before folding and the crease will be straight. Plain 80 gsm paper works for a one-night event if you tape the bottom.
On US Letter each face is about 7.5 × 4.5 in; on A4 about 18.5 × 12.4 cm. That is large enough to scan from a seat across the table without picking it up.
The two faces carry the same Wi-Fi design so the tent works from either side of the table. For a menu or specials on the table, host a PDF on StaticFast and print its permanent QR code on a second card; update the file and the code keeps working.
